The Cental Neighborhood is within walking distance of Downtown San Mateo and is composed of a vibrant mix of older homes, luxury condominums, rentals and businesses located in the area between 4th and 9th Avenues and Amphlett Blvd.to Railroad Avenue.
The Cental Neighborhood Association (CNA) has annual meetings and welcomes all residents in this area to meeting and special events throughout the year. The purpose of the CNA is to foster socialization between neighbors and address issues of safety, zoning, environmental impact and aesthetics in the area served.
